Getting started at Iron Phoenix?

NEW TO CROSSFIT
INDUCTION

We have an Intro offer for £100, which includes the 2 induction sessions, plus 31 days of unlimited membership. You have access to the following sessions during the 31 days – WOD (our standard daily CrossFit class), Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Functional Bodybuilding, and Yoga.

TASTER CLASS

Try a class for free. We have sessions each week that are suitable for anyone who has not done CrossFit before. These sessions vary from week to week but involve movements that can be performed regardless of training experience.

If you enjoy the class, then the next step is our Fundamentals induction – which consists of 2 x 75 minute sessions. These sessions are run once a month and both must be attended in order to join classes. There will be a maximum of 6 people, this allows the coach to go over each movement in detail and gives you an opportunity to practice and ask any questions.

If you are unable to make the scheduled group induction sessions, there is the option to do the 2 sessions on a 1-2-1 basis with a coach at times to suit your schedule – additional charges apply.

Please detail any previous or current training experience, this information will be passed on to the coach whose taster session you attend, so they know who to expect and if any adaptations need to be made.

We accept and welcome drop in’s from experienced athletes. Our drop in fee is £16.

If you are visiting for an extended period, please get in touch about our drop in membership offers.

If you join within 1 month after your first class, the £16 drop in fee will be refunded back to you.
